How it all began at Candles Recharge…..

Candles Recharge has been operating from Sydney, Australia since 2007. I started the business because I saw a need for a more cost efficient, reliable, clean & Eco-friendlier option to tea light candles & paraffin oil candles in hospitality. So I went searching for a better alternative & that’s when I found rechargeable tea light candles. They were the perfect solution to my problems!

There was no flame, no mess, no running out of candles, no fire hazard, I could use them outside & not have to keep an eye on them in case the wind or a breeze blew them out- it was so much more relaxing!!

Once I had tested the products in my own restaurant I started Candles Recharge. I knew that the product that I was going to sell was going to last & that my customers would be happy with them. So I started a very basic version of the website & started advertising online. I knew from my own research that this type of product was hard to find both on the internet & in hospitality stores so I wanted to make it as easy as possible for people to find me.

I started to get some website sales & calls from local restaurants that wanted to see the products- it made me soo happy! I also started to get some calls from Beauty Spa’s that were interested in the products- I didn’t really think about other sectors that it could apply to so this was a fantastic surprise for me! A few months in, I came across a Beauty Expo that was going to be on in Sydney that coming weekend, so I called them up & got into the show last minute- it was a HUGE success & really helped to launch the business into this sector.

Since starting the business back then I have had the pleasure of meeting & selling to a huge variety of people & businesses & the best thing about this business has been that I have had a pretty much 100% satisfaction rate. I really enjoy providing these products to my customers. I have worked hard to make sure that the products that I provide are of the highest quality, will be easy to use & will last. I am always more than happy to answer any questions that anyone may have about the products.
