DIY Tutorial: Glass Glitter Votive Flameless Tea Light Candle Holders

This awesome and very classy tutorial was one that I found via Tara Dennis, these would make great centerpieces for your next party, celebration or wedding and of course I could definitely see these in a restaurant or hotel. It is definitely something that is unique and you won’t see every man and his dog with them 🙂

Supplies needed:

Clear glasses or votive candle holders
a container
Mod Podge
paint brush
glitter
Gold acrylic paint
White acrylic paint (or Gesso)
Flameless tea light candle

Directions:

Mix the glue with the glitter and brush it onto the outside of the glass holder that you will be using.
Apply as many coats as you need, making sure that you allow each one to dry well before applying the next coat.
Once ready, give the votive two coats of the gold acrylic paint and allow to dry.
Next apply the white acrylic paint and let dry.
Put your flameless tea light candle in and admire your handiwork!
